As Chair, Kim will help to lead the Board through the completion of Phase 1 of MHC’s redevelopment, and look towards the beginning of Phase 2.
Kim is passionate about helping employers manage the health of their employees, which is what she does in her current role as Associate Vice President at Aon Hewitt Canada.
With over twenty years in leadership roles working in the health and benefits industry, she is also as a leader in the community.
Kim spent 12 + years volunteering for the Canadian Cancer Society, and has served for more than 10 years on the regional and national Boards of the Canadian Pension and Benefits Institute. She is one of a panel of experts for Benefits Canada, where she has written numerous helpful articles on topics related to workplace health and benefits.
When Kim isn’t leading board meetings at MHC Foundation, or volunteering on the Board at the Canadian Pension and Benefits Institute, she enjoys photography, gardening, and is also working on becoming trilingual- adding Italian to her many skills. (She already speaks English and French). She is the proud mother of two daughters.
Kim is happy to embrace her new role as Chair of the Misericordia Health Centre Foundation board,

Kim’s industry experience, knowledge, intense passion and boundless energy will play a vital role in helping us to create a new strategic plan for MHC Foundation, guiding us further into the Future of Care with thoughtful strategy and carrying on the vision of the Foundation and Board.
