 We are pleased to welcome Katie Ferniuk Davey to the Misericordia Health Centre Foundation’s Board of Directors.
As Manager of Hockey Administration and Family Relations with the Winnipeg Jets Hockey Club, Katie brings more than a decade of experience in hockey operations, along with expertise in strategic planning, relationship building, event coordination, and community fundraising. Since joining the Jets in 2014, she has supported hockey personnel and their families, while also helping lead community and charitable initiatives. Katie’s connection to the Foundation began through the InVision Gala Committee. After learning more about the Foundation and the impact of its work in the community, she was inspired to become more involved. “Hearing about the Foundation’s work and the impact it has on the community really resonated with me, and I was excited to become involved myself.” That experience led Katie to join the InVision Gala Committee and, ultimately, the Foundation’s Board. As she begins this new role, she is looking forward to learning more about Misericordia Health Centre, building meaningful relationships, and contributing her strategic planning skills to help advance the Foundation’s work. We are grateful to have Katie join the Board and look forward to the perspective, experience, and commitment she brings to our work in support of MHC and our community.
